Q. What can I do if I am unhappy or dissatisfied while I'm on site?
A. Please come in and speak to the receptionist. We always aim to resolve and issues there and then.
Q. Can I buy replacement gas?
A. Yes but only ever like for like cylinders,
Q. Can I buy newspapers?
A. No, sorry we do not have this service available, but the shops are not far away.
Q. Can I put up a washing line?
A. No, BUT there are tumble driers in the amenity blocks.
Q. Can we have additional tents on the pitch?
A. No but 1 pup tent per pitch at extra charge is allowed apart from on the Horseshoe super deluxe pitches.
Q. Can we site any other way than instructed?
A. No for safety reasons.
Q. Will we be able to receive any refunds on deposits and full payments for any reason?
A. No payments are strictly non-refundable.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Yes if you are touring but we do not allow dogs in our statics.
Q. When does the pool open & close?
A. 25th May - 1st September. 8am - 9am adults only. 9am - dusk adults and supervised children. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard.
Q. What do I need to bring with me when I am staying in a static caravan?
A. Please bring own linen and towels, duvets and pillows provided.
Q. Do you have WiFi?
A. Yes.
Q. Are you close to the beach? How far is it?
A. The nearest beach is Trevone which is 7 miles away, we are close to the 7 Bays set of beaches.
Q. What time can I arrive?
A. Touring - Available from 2pm. Statics available from 4pm
Q. What time is departure?
A. Touring - vacate by 11am. Statics - vacate by 10am.
Q. What time are office hours?
A. Low season - 9am - 12 midday. High Season - 8am - 6pm
Q. What happens if more people or dogs are with me than when I first booked?
A. You can come to reception and add any extra people/dogs to your booking and pay for them on arrival.
